We aim to make coaching mainstream for young people and provide the tools and the guidance for schools, higher education and businesses to do the same.
We provide a global face-to-face and a virtual service. The company is an Aberdeen based Coaching and Talent Consultancy.
Sarah Smith is the founder of lightbulb.coach.
Sarah has spent most of her career in Asset Management (finance sector). As a manager, she has worked across Operations and Learning & Development. She has extensive experience designing and delivering talent management programmes. Programme range from apprenticeship to leadership level. She also has considerable experience within Oil & Gas, Education and the Third Sector.
Having worked with many leaders, middle managers and junior talent, Sarah has the depth and breadth of understanding to help personal and business growth.
As a Coach, Sarah has a relaxed and direct style. She attends to the client’s agenda with a high level of intuition, experience and confidence. Previous clients have described Sarah as supportive, challenging, empathetic and direct. She can build rapport with ease, providing a relaxed and open environment.
The University of Aberdeen has recognised Sarah for her work as a change agent with an Honorary Research Fellowship. Sarah has contributed to published work by the Business School and is a guest lecturer on the MBA and MSc Management Consultancy.
