Payment

Payments can either be made by bank transfer, over the phone or using the link (for the coaching course and can be found on the Coach Training & Development page). For payments made via bank transfer. Full payment will be required prior to commencing the service.

Refund policy

Cancellation of a coaching or coach mentoring programme must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to the first session. Written notice of cancellation shall be effective on the date the withdrawal is received by lightbulb.coach. Refunds will be made
within 7 days following receipt of cancellation or withdrawal requests.

Cancellation of a course must be made a minimum of 30 business days prior to the course to be eligible for a full
refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the course are not eligible for a refund. Written notice of
cancellation shall be effective on the date the withdrawal is received by lightbulb.coach. Refunds will be made
within 30 days following receipt of cancellation or withdrawal requests.
